Beschreibung

• Design and deliver sustainable organisational change within multidisciplinary teams • Help clients adopt new capabilities, navigate complexity, and embed lasting transformation • Work across AI, digital services, and modern ways of working with clients and delivery teams • Support agile transformation through governance, team practices, and capability building • Lead the people side of AI implementation, including adoption, governance, and responsible AI practices • Enable cultural, structural, and capability changes for DevOps transformation • Support citizen-facing digital service rollouts through process redesign, training, and stakeholder engagement • Help organisations build resilience through operating models, team structures, and decision-making approaches • Build product management maturity by defining roles, establishing roadmaps, and coaching leaders and teams • Support adoption of data, technology, and AI-related regulatory and policy requirements • Conduct organisational discovery, stakeholder interviews, and workshops • Develop change strategies, organisational readiness assessments, and risk mitigation plans • Design, deliver, and measure adoption and behaviour change outcomes • Coach and mentor leaders and teams through complex change • Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders and build ownership • Deliver change from mobilisation through adoption and hypercare • Design interventions across people, process, culture, and capability • Build trusted partnerships and work with clients collaboratively • Foster psychological safety, inclusion, and high-performing teams

🎯 Anforderungen

• Robust experience in Change Management and Stakeholder Leadership • Experience applying recognised change management frameworks such as ADKAR, ACMP, CMI, Kotter, or Lean Change Management • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and transition planning • Able to influence frontline teams through executive leadership using evidence, data, and storytelling • Experience designing, delivering, and measuring adoption and behaviour change outcomes • Confident coaching and mentoring leaders and teams through complex change • Skilled at facilitating workshops • Strong understanding of AI as an enabler of business transformation • Experience supporting AI adoption, governance, capability building, and responsible AI practices • Confident using AI tools to enhance delivery and client outcomes • Capable of assessing organisational structures, cultures, processes, and ways of working through discovery, interviews, and workshops • Able to synthesise complex information into clear insights and recommendations • Understanding of whole-system impacts and interdependencies • Experience with stakeholder maps, impact assessments, and journey mapping • Experience collaborating in multidisciplinary teams with designers, researchers, product managers, and technologists • Proven experience delivering change from mobilisation through adoption and hypercare • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, competing priorities, and resistance • Certified practitioner in a recognised change management framework • Able to interpret performance data and organisational metrics • Skilled in systems thinking and co-design techniques • Confident with Jira, Miro, and Lucid • Desirable: GOV.UK Service Standard or public-sector experience • Desirable: large-scale digital transformation programme experience • Desirable: AI governance and implementation experience • Desirable: agile coaching or organisational design experience
