Beschreibung

• Develop, enhance, and maintain secure web applications across frontend and backend components • Build and maintain responsive, accessible user interfaces and support application workflows • Develop and support application services, APIs, business logic, integrations, and data interactions • Contribute to application enhancements, modernization, migrations, integrations, and backend changes • Work with REST APIs, relational databases, and application data • Partner with Quality Engineering on testing strategies, application validation, debugging, and issue identification • Investigate and help resolve application issues across frontend, backend, API, integration, and data layers • Participate in peer reviews, testing, debugging, and collaborative development practices • Contribute to automated build, deployment, and CI/CD processes in cloud-based development environments • Apply secure development practices and support federal security, compliance, and accessibility requirements, including Section 508 • Participate in Agile teams, sprint activities, code reviews, and cross-functional collaboration • Collaborate with developers, Quality Engineers, analysts, and other technical team members • Support a federal government client through development, modernization, testing, and ongoing application support • Participate in virtual collaboration and occasional customer interaction using Slack, Teams, email, Monday.com, and other collaboration tools

🎯 Anforderungen

• U.S. Citizen • Currently reside within the United States • Lived within the U.S. for at least 3 of the past 5 years • Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. government Public Trust clearance • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field • 3–5 years of professional software development experience • Hands-on professional experience contributing to both frontend and backend components of web applications • Experience with React, Angular, or another modern JavaScript framework, plus HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript • Experience developing backend applications or services using Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, Python/Django, or a comparable modern framework • Experience building, consuming, integrating, or troubleshooting REST APIs and working with SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL • Experience debugging application behavior across frontend, backend, integration, or data layers • Experience with Git, peer code review, testing, and collaborative software development practices • Experience working in an Agile development environment using Scrum, SAFe, or similar methodologies • Strong communication skills and ability to work across development, Quality Engineering, product, and other technical disciplines • Availability for meetings and collaboration between 9 AM–5 PM EST • No certifications are required
