Beschreibung

• Deliver installation, commissioning, maintenance, and support activities across fixed and mobile networks and business solutions • Work safely on VodafoneThree network infrastructure, including regular climbing, rooftop working, and other physical activities • Install, maintain, and repair network equipment and services to VodafoneThree quality, performance, and service standards • Adhere to VodafoneThree HSE Absolute Rules, safe working practices, and operational procedures • Provide professional and timely communication with internal and external customers • Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer outcomes • Work flexibly regarding hours, travel, 24/7 callout rotas, or shift patterns as required

🎯 Anforderungen

• Formal telecoms/electronic qualification or equivalent experience gained through previous roles • Ability to work both in a team and independently • Ability to work safely and efficiently during lone working • Valid/full UK/EU driving licence, Category B • Ability to achieve and maintain SC clearance status • Ability to achieve and maintain Advanced Climber / Tower Rescue Certification • Passing regular health assessments in accordance with MATS guidance • Desirable: provision of service, fault diagnosis and rectification of relevant telecoms technologies • Desirable: experience with multi-vendor CPE including Cisco, Juniper and ADVA • Desirable: core transmission technologies including DWDM and Ethernet • Desirable: mobile networking technologies 3G/4G/5G and associated equipment • Desirable: Microwave Radio • Desirable: switch and field DC power systems • Desirable: fibre and copper cabling and termination • Desirable: HND or Degree in an appropriate technical subject or relevant industry experience • Desirable: IP & Data accreditations such as Cisco CCNA / CCNP • Desirable: wireless network design and deployment • Desirable: LAN/WIFI and peripheral equipment • Desirable: unified communications solutions • Desirable: Advanced Climber / Tower Rescue Certification
