Beschreibung

• Partner with stakeholders to translate complex customer challenges into robust technical designs and AI strategies • Architect, build, and deploy scalable, reliable, secure AI/ML platforms and tools • Lead development, evaluation, fine-tuning, and monitoring of production-grade AI/ML models, including LLMs and RAG architectures • Design and standardize GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines and Terraform Infrastructure as Code • Monitor system health, lead critical AI-system incident response, and drive architectural refactoring • Mentor L1/L2 engineers and conduct code reviews • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and vendors and prototype new approaches • Set technical standards and partner with product leadership to turn business goals into production-grade AI solutions

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years of experience as an AI/ML Engineer, Data Scientist, or Software Engineer focused on production ML systems • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field • Proven experience taking AI solutions from concept to high-scale production using Java, C#, GoLang, or Python • Deep experience with Generative AI, prompting strategies, RAG, fine-tuning, and agentic workflows • Strong ability to design distributed systems and microservices architectures for model serving • Ability to lead technical discussions with non-technical stakeholders and drive consensus • Expert proficiency in Python or other core languages such as Java, Go, or C# • Deep knowledge of PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and vLLM • Advanced understanding of MLOps principles, feature stores, and model monitoring • Advanced probability, statistics, and linear algebra knowledge • Extensive hands-on Kubernetes experience and cloud platform experience, preferably AWS • Strong command of CI/CD methodologies and Terraform Infrastructure as Code • Data engineering skills with SQL, NoSQL, data lakes, and processing pipelines • Experience in financial or fintech industry is a plus
