Beschreibung

• Oversee the production and operational aspects of marketplace plans • Manage the end-to-end production process • Ensure compliance with CMS standards and ACA requirements • Collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize efficiency, production, and overall effectiveness • Achieve established sales targets throughout the year, with emphasis on Open Enrollment Period goals • Increase and maintain Ready-to-Sell agent participation • Maintain and grow relationships with selling agents, brokers, agency leaders, community partners, clinic management, and FMO partners • Implement sales training programs through in-person and virtual delivery methods • Partner with the Program Manager on supplemental vendor programs and related tasks • Manage daily lead assignments and ensure timely follow-up, outreach, and closing activity • Develop and facilitate Train the Trainer programs • Establish and execute business planning strategies with agents around key enrollment periods • Partner with internal teams and stakeholders on events, programs, and initiatives • Maintain accountability of clinic attendance and agent compliance • Develop and implement agent force retention and Agents’ Book of Business growth and retention strategies • Work closely with the Operations Lead on tasks, initiatives, and projects • Support the Manager and Director with sales and retention initiatives • Support and encourage self-generated sales activity focused on customer acquisition and retention • Perform additional duties and support business needs as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Associate’s degree in business or healthcare related field AND two (2) years of sales or healthcare related experience with ACA • Active State and Life Health Insurance License in WV • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use standard office equipment for extended periods • Strategic thinking and attention to detail around sales and retention • Working knowledge of ACA Marketplace regulations and compliance requirements • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Understanding of the ACA sales process • Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system • Strong attention to detail, organization, and thoroughness, with a demonstrated commitment to continuous process improvement • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new content, and demonstrate knowledge of the ACA and Medicare industries • Travel throughout West Virginia is required for meetings, trainings, community outreach, and agency support
