Beschreibung

• Coordinate and perform service, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and general maintenance for electrolyzers and other hydrogen systems at customer sites • Travel as needed to customer sites, with heavy travel up to 100% and potential international travel • Operate and troubleshoot industrial hydrogen systems and components • Construct, commission, and operate industrial hydrogen systems • Read and interpret drawings and P&IDs • Develop and oversee the preventative maintenance program for electrolyzer field equipment • Monitor field equipment performance and recommend and implement design enhancements • Engage with customers, solicit feedback, address concerns, and provide design and operational suggestions • Ensure safe operation of electrolyzer equipment and infrastructure • Respond urgently to field equipment repair and maintenance needs, including short-notice travel • Interface with cross-functional departments, customer stakeholders, and external vendors • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Associates degree or vocational degree in engineering technology or other relevant field of study • High school diploma along with 3+ years of relevant work experience may substitute for the degree requirement • Superior communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to travel in heavy volume and with short notice as needed (up to 100%) • High level of skill with mechanical systems installation, troubleshooting, and repair • Industrial hydrogen systems experience highly preferred • Ability to diagnose system failures and isolate root cause • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Supreme analytical abilities and data analysis skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software • Role model for high standards of professionalism • Results-oriented and driven work style • Excellent task-oriented follow-through
