Beschreibung

• Generate new business sales and profits in the Northwest territory • Commit to an annual sales budget and develop an annual business plan to achieve territory objectives • Forecast the monthly equipment pipeline • Report activities weekly and represent the company according to high standards of business ethics and professionalism • Communicate ideas, market trends, and competitive activities to management • Maintain applicable GMP and ISO 9001 processes and procedures • Attain or exceed yearly revenue and profit quotas while managing an expense budget • Conduct personalized sales demonstrations for surgeons, operating room staff, and facility administration • Collaborate with team members to ensure lead sharing • Manage accounts post-equipment sale with Posterior and Anterior specialists • Maintain, analyze, and use territory records to organize, plan, execute, and measure results • Educate and follow up with surgeons, operating room staff, and administration on product operation, utilization, and application • Provide accurate written and oral communications to management regarding monthly sales activity • Operate a cost center controlling sales, expenses, inventory, and accounts receivable • Maintain SFDC reports, dashboards, and opportunity, lead, and sales-funnel updates • Develop synergy opportunities with other ZEISS companies, Carl Zeiss Meditec field service, and corporate partners • Develop creative and profitable marketing approaches for regional demands • Furnish paperwork and requested information completely and timely

🎯 Anforderungen

• Four-year college degree or equivalent • Five plus (5+) years’ sales experience • High level of technical/clinical product knowledge • Ability to manage multiple tasks • Strong organizational and communication skills • Computer literacy in word processing, spreadsheet, and database management • Exceptional negotiating and diplomacy skills • Expertise in product application and practice management implications • Safely operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid motor vehicle license • Maintain currency of and adhere to applicable GMP and ISO 9001 processes and procedures • Abide by state and federal employment laws
