We are hiring on behalf of our client for the role of **Italian Customer Support Representative - Remote **in Greece! In this opportunity, you will be part of a fast-paced team, enjoying flexible working hours, and have the chance to grow within a company that's focused on delivering top-quality customer service. • Responsibilities • - Manage incoming chat, mail or phone calls. • - Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. • - Build relations of trust through open and interactive communication. • - Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the methods/tools. • - Keep records of customer interaction, process customer accounts and file documents. • - Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

🎯 Exigences

• - Fluency in **Italian **(C1 - C2) • - Very good command of **English **(B2 – C1) • - Good MS Office skills. • - Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening • - Excellent communication and presentation skills. • - Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters. • - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively..
