Description

• You analyze and assess damage and defects on used cars based on photos, videos or repair estimates, taking into account our high quality standards, and work closely with our automotive workshops. • As a communicative interface, you coordinate between customers, internal departments and external service providers. • Act as a technical advisor to your team with your expertise, support on technical questions and actively contribute to the development of processes and solutions. • With your solution-oriented approach and technical know-how, you ensure that the Autohero purchase experience remains consistently positive for our customers.

🎯 Exigences

• You bring experience in the automotive sector, e.g., as an automotive mechatronics technician, auto body technician or automotive service advisor. • Ideally you have initial experience in customer service and are a strong communicator who enjoys customer contact. • You work in a structured, independent manner and are a team player. • Fluent German and confident use of Google tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.) are a matter of course; English skills are an advantage. • You have a passion for cars and are willing to familiarize yourself with new topics.
