Description

• Own the A2R stream improvement strategy, roadmap, outcomes, and sequence of changes • Own the demand model from initial interest through closed revenue across Demand to Lead, Lead Qualification, Seller, Pricing & Packaging, and Closed Revenue • Define funnel stages, conversion points, handoffs, business data taxonomy, campaign naming, and attribution • Identify and remove structural bottlenecks across the end-to-end revenue process • Redesign workflows using AI-native approaches, including agents, orchestration, automation, and human oversight • Partner with business, technology, and AI teams to identify scalable solutions • Guide initiatives from proof of concept through enterprise deployment and measure adoption and business value • Set autonomy levels and human-oversight standards for agentic workflows within enterprise policies • Serve as the single point of intake for work entering the A2R stream • Chair the stream’s Business Owner group on the PI cadence and carry the investment case into Investment Management • Build governance through approval gates and risk, security, and compliance controls • Own yield metrics including conversion, flow time, cost to convert, forecast accuracy, quote-to-cash cycle time, and revenue recognition quality • Develop Experience Management as one team across the five motions • Partner with the Solution Train Engineer and Release Train Engineer on delivery cadence and execution health • Deliver first-year outcomes including a single intake path, live yield metrics, standardized funnel taxonomy and attribution, and human-agent workflows deployed at scale

🎯 Exigences

• 15+ years of experience in business strategy, operations, product management, or consulting • Deep GTM or Revenue Operations experience • Strong understanding of how go-to-market teams operate from initial demand through revenue • Demonstrated ownership of a portfolio or backlog at scale, including intake, prioritization, dependency management, and PI planning • Accountability for business outcomes through value cases and KPIs • Strong understanding of AI-native ways of working and judgment to apply those capabilities to high-value opportunities • Hands-on technical development is not required • Track record of leading complex, cross-functional transformation where no established playbook exists • Executive presence to align business, technical, and operational stakeholders • Expertise in SAFe and Lean Portfolio Management • Experience in the nonprofit sector, donor-advised funds, or gift management preferred
