Description

• Leverage targeted geographic analysis to identify opportunities • Engage physician offices and influence key decision makers to route specialty drug prescriptions to CenterWell Specialty Pharmacy • Increase orders, prescriptions, and revenue for CenterWell Specialty Pharmacy • Manage a sales territory including CenterWell Primary Care, Home Health, and Pharmacy services • Build relationships with front- and back-office staff through sales calls within the territory • Provide staff education and information about patient use of Specialty Pharmacy medications • Serve as a knowledgeable resource on specialty pharmacy medications and Humana pharmacy benefits • Analyze sales data and market trends to make effective business decisions • Work independently on moderately complex to complex issues and project components

🎯 Exigences

• Strong verbal and written communication skills • Flexible, dynamic personality who works well in a team environment • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partnering business segments • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Suite applications • Must be comfortable being in the field 5 days/week within territory lines • Occasional overnight travel as needed • Must live within the defined sales territory or be willing to relocate at your own expense • Attendance at offsite team meetings, potentially requiring flights and overnight travel • Must take possession of a company fleet vehicle • Valid state driver's license required • Driving record evaluated through a third-party background check • Previous sales experience with documented success meeting/exceeding goals • Self-motivation • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends • Experience utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM tool • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Specialty Pharmacy or Healthcare experience preferred • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
