Description

• Own a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts, primarily in row crops • Drive renewals and resolve escalations quickly • Deepen customer relationships through regular check-ins, in-season support, customer site visits, industry trade shows, and grower events • Lead business reviews focused on ROI, renewals, and next opportunities • Expand accounts through upsells, additional acreage, and new products and features • Source and close new business with large direct agribusinesses, processors, and agricultural capital groups • Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast in Salesforce • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers using the Ceres AI platform • Help customers integrate Ceres imagery and analytics into workflows and turn insights into operational outcomes • Partner with sales leadership on renewals, expansion strategy, and enterprise pursuits • Coordinate with flight operations and the science team to deliver on schedule and to standard • Bring structured customer feedback to product and engineering to shape the roadmap • Learn the portfolio, meet account stakeholders, partner on account transitions and growth plans, and map the territory prospect landscape during the first 30 days

🎯 Exigences

• Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science, or a related field • 5+ years in agribusiness, ag technology, crop advisory, or ag consulting • Proven track record growing mid-market or enterprise accounts through renewals and upsells, and closing new business • Strong working knowledge of large-scale row crop operations • Familiarity with precision ag or remote sensing • Ability to translate data into operational and financial value • Clear, confident communication with both field teams and executives • Proficiency with Salesforce or a comparable CRM • Residence in the Midwest • Willingness to travel up to 40% • Established relationships with large direct agribusinesses, processors, and/or agricultural capital investment groups (nice to have) • Hands-on experience with aerial or satellite imagery, NDVI, thermal imagery, or precision ag platforms (nice to have) • Background in ag SaaS, subscription services, or enterprise account management (nice to have) • Exposure to permanent or specialty crops (nice to have)
