ChargerHelp est le seul prestataire national dédié aux opérations et à la maintenance des bornes de recharge pour véhicules électriques (VE). Ils s'attaquent à la problématique critique de la fiabilité des bornes, en garantissant aux conducteurs de VE un accès continu à des stations de recharge fonctionnelles, élément essentiel pour l'adoption rapide des véhicules électriques. Grâce à leur modèle Reliability as a Service (RaaS) et à un accent mis sur le développement de la main-d'œuvre, ChargerHelp vise à maintenir des normes opérationnelles élevées et à respecter les nouvelles exigences du secteur.

Description

• Investigate EV charging station issues using OCPP messages and transaction logs, charger fault codes and alarms, network and communications diagnostics, remote monitoring platforms, OEM documentation, technical support resources, and ChargerHelp's proprietary software platform • Determine whether issues can be resolved remotely, whether technicians should be dispatched, which components likely failed, the underlying software, firmware, communications, networking, utility power, or hardware cause, and the most effective path to restore service • Own charging station issues from initial alert through final resolution • Dispatch and coordinate field technicians • Manage service work orders • Coordinate with OEMs, electricians, utilities, and site hosts • Manage warranty and non-warranty repairs • Track service level agreements • Coordinate parts ordering and logistics • Maintain accurate service documentation • Lead customer onboarding and operational review/status meetings • Provide updates on ongoing service issues • Coordinate contract renewals and assist customers with adding stations to existing agreements • Recommend equipment replacement strategies when appropriate • Respond to customer questions and escalations • Build trusted customer relationships through responsive communication and technical expertise

🎯 Exigences

• At least 1–3 years supporting, installing, maintaining, or troubleshooting commercial EV charging infrastructure • Experience with Level 2 and/or DC Fast Charging equipment • Strong understanding of EVSE hardware, charging workflows, and common failure modes • Experience interpreting charger fault codes, alarms, or diagnostic information • Experience supporting one or more major EVSE manufacturers, including ABB, BTC Power, Tritium, ChargePoint, Kempower, EVBox, Delta, Autel, or Blink • Ability to independently troubleshoot complex technical issues and determine appropriate next steps • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational, customer management, and problem-solving skills • Preferred: experience working with OCPP and Charging Station Management Systems (CSMS) • Preferred: experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, Jira, or similar ticketing platforms • Preferred: electrical, networking, or telecommunications troubleshooting experience • Preferred: familiarity with Linux, VPNs, networking fundamentals, or remote diagnostics • Preferred: previous experience supporting utilities, fleet operators, or Charge Point Operators
