Description

• You will own both sales and marketing for the company. • Take all introductory and discovery calls with inbound prospects. • Run strategy and pitch presentations. • Manage the full pipeline from first touch to close. • Handle objections, follow ups, proposals, and contract negotiations. • Build and maintain a sales playbook, objection library, and follow up sequences. • Own and operate our internal Meta advertising campaigns. • Develop and execute our broader marketing strategy including content, brand positioning, and demand generation. • Create or direct the creation of marketing assets such as ads, landing pages, case studies, and social content. • Think holistically about brand and understand how advertising fits within a larger growth strategy.

🎯 Exigences

• 3+ years of B2B closing experience (not appointment setting or lead qualification only) • Demonstrated track record of earning $125,000 or more in total compensation in a previous role, with a meaningful portion from commissions or performance based incentives • Experience selling professional services with a sales cycle of approximately 2 to 6 weeks to SMB or mid market buyers • Hands on experience running paid media campaigns (Meta preferred) or strong working knowledge of direct response and digital marketing • Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) including pipeline management, deal tracking, and reporting • Comfortable operating as a sole contributor across both sales and marketing functions • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Based in the United States and available during standard business hours • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
