Description

• Collaborate with senior management and executive leadership to develop and execute strategic plans • Develop, modify, and execute department policies for fire protection and plumbing staffing and design • Manage activities within the Design Department's Program and Project Management section • Oversee operational units, planning, staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation • Lead change management and continuous improvement initiatives • Build and maintain client relationships and manage escalated issues • Evaluate client financial performance and align offerings with client strategic objectives • Drive business development, revenue growth, and pipeline management using CRM/ERP tools • Establish and monitor KPIs for customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business growth • Assess subcontractor performance where applicable • Develop and implement technology, data analytics, digital platforms, and AI-enabled workflow improvements • Ensure data privacy, security, compliance, and operational integrity • Train and guide staff in technology and data analysis tools • Complete assigned tasks and deliverables on time and within budget • Travel for client sites, meetings, business development, and industry conferences as needed

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or fire protection engineering • Professional Engineer (PE) license in a related discipline • Minimum of thirteen years of mechanical or fire protection engineering experience • Advanced understanding of strategic planning and operational management • Advanced knowledge of client relationship management and financial performance evaluation • Intermediate understanding of technology tools, systems, and data analytics • Expert collaboration skills with senior management, executive leadership, and internal stakeholders • Advanced policy adjustment and resource allocation skills • Intermediate proficiency with CRM/ERP tools • Advanced data analysis skills • Expert adaptability and client engagement abilities • Advanced change management and business development abilities • Intermediate ability to implement technology platforms and leverage AI and emerging technologies • Ability to travel up to 25%, potentially to any or all 50 U.S. states
