Description

• Maintain and expand relationships with large and strategic medical device manufacturers, mid-size companies, and high-growth start-ups serving the North America Healthcare Packaging market • Build sustainable customer relationships and drive the opportunity pipeline • Assess and secure business at risk and negotiate incent-to-use and new opportunity contracts • Extend DuPont’s value proposition across critical medical device manufacturer accounts to maximize business results, increase brand awareness and sustainability, and grow Healthcare market revenues • Engage with the global team and create detailed account plans and contact strategies • Develop pipelines of targeted opportunities promoting and securing Tyvek® for new applications or alternative material replacements • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with technical, quality, product management, supply chain, customer service, and marketing teams • Participate actively in regional Healthcare Industry Organizations

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor or Master in STEM field • Proven competency in sterility assurance and packaging science, nonwovens, films, coatings, and adhesives • 10+ years of experience in the healthcare industry • Work experience at a major OEM or Tier 1 supplier • Familiarity with technical and regulatory requirements for evaluating and commercializing healthcare packaging materials • Results-oriented and resilient hunter mindset • Ability to build sustainable relationships and secure customer and internal trust • Strong interpersonal skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders • Strong professional presence, business acumen, and negotiation skills • Strong analytical skills • Ability to think strategically and develop execution plans • Experience with sales pipeline/opportunity management and CRM tools such as SFDC • Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel • Preferred: degree in Microbiology or Package Engineering or advanced technical Spanish speaking • Preferred: technical sales experience
