• In the Small Accounts team you will play a central role in managing our B2B customers with vehicle fleets of six to 13 vehicles. • After the Sales team has closed the contract, you will be the primary point of contact for our existing customers and will support them throughout the entire customer lifecycle. • Depending on your focus, you will work more on customer retention & renewals (Account Retention) or on growth & fleet expansion (Account Expansion). • In both profiles you will provide personal advice to customers, identify individual needs and develop tailored mobility solutions. • Together with your team you will ensure an outstanding customer experience and actively contribute to FINN’s sustainable growth.
• You have successfully completed your (Bachelor’s) degree or vocational training. • Initial practical experience in account management, sales, customer success or customer service — ideally in a B2B environment. • For the Account Expansion role, experience in new business / acquisition would be an advantage. • Strong verbal and written communication skills and enjoyment of direct customer contact. • Entrepreneurial, structured thinking with a drive to question and improve existing processes. • Proactive working style and a good sense for customer needs and potential. • Native-level German and very good English skills.
