• Support in linking our sales partners with headquarters in Windhagen (Rhineland-Palatinate), especially for consultancy-intensive projects and day-to-day operations • Contribute to the targeted development and expansion of the customer-facing sales process and partner development process in the assigned federal states • Participate in ensuring smooth process flow from quotation preparation through order processing to proper delivery of our products • Systematic continuous analysis, optimization and expansion of assigned key accounts • Support in the preparation, execution and follow-up of trade shows and end-customer events • Assist in drafting and implementing partner agreements as well as sales and pipeline reporting to plan the sales forecast • Attend industry meetings, committees, networks and association activities, including international sales & marketing meetings • Provide intensive on-site support and contribute to the development of our national sales partners
• Successfully completed degree in business administration or commercial/technical training with relevant further qualification • Initial knowledge of IT technology/video technology or corresponding technical affinity • First service or sales experience in supporting sales partners • Open personality with clear customer and solution orientation • Business-fluent German; additional languages are an advantage • Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with CRM systems and the Navision ERP system is desirable
