Description

• Engage healthcare providers across internal medicine, family practice, and health departments to communicate the clinical value and benefits of GSK vaccines • Build and maintain expertise in vaccine therapeutic areas, GSK products, and competitors • Support peer-to-peer educational programs, conventions, and speaker events • Tailor engagement strategies to local practice dynamics and healthcare provider/account needs • Drive pull-through across adult private and public vaccination segments • Partner with Vaccine Account Managers on contracted accounts and public awardees • Influence uptake of publicly funded vaccines by engaging healthcare providers, staff, and health departments • Support ordering and inventory management needs • Identify and address barriers to contract execution, vaccine access, reimbursement, and workflow integration • Partner with Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Account Teams for aligned and compliant execution • Provide actionable field insights to inform local strategy and optimize resources • Uphold GSK customer-engagement, healthcare, and compliance standards • Participate in business reviews and team huddles • Maintain accurate CRM documentation and activity records • Achieve assigned territory sales, immunization-rate, and market-share targets

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution • Minimum 2 years of business-to-business or pharmaceutical sales experience • Ability to travel locally and regionally as required for customer engagement • Occasional overnights and weekend travel • Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive • Preferred: Minimum 2 years of vaccines sales experience • Preferred: Strong track record of high-level performance and consistent achievements • Preferred: Strong account-selling skills, including business-to-business experience in healthcare • Preferred: Demonstrated competency of science, business acumen, and customer engagement • Preferred: Knowledge and experience in a healthcare setting • Preferred: Demonstrated learning agility • Advanced business acumen and analytical skills • Ability to adapt and change in a shifting environment • Ability to identify issues and develop recommendations for timely, compliant resolution
