Description

• Lead enterprise mobile phlebotomy operations, including vendor performance, workflow execution, and patient access support • Manage nationwide phlebotomy vendor relationships, contracting, onboarding, service-level performance, and operational escalations • Oversee Oncology Patient Navigator workflow operations and scheduling performance • Drive operational standardization, workflow optimization, and service-level accountability • Own mobile phlebotomy cost-of-goods tracking, forecasting, budget management, invoice reconciliation, and variance analysis • Partner with Finance on forecasting, accruals, budget planning, and cost optimization initiatives • Monitor and improve operational and financial KPIs, including cost per collection, redraws, no-show rates, utilization, and vendor SLA performance • Manage purchase orders, invoice validation, vendor audits, and operational reporting processes • Build and maintain operational and financial reporting dashboards for leadership decision-making • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve operational issues, improve patient experience, and support enterprise initiatives • Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, privacy, and Quality Management System requirements • Design and build Guardant’s enterprise mobile phlebotomy operating model, including vendor scorecards, cost tracking, reporting cadence, and scalable nationwide standards

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Operations, or related field preferred • 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, vendor management, patient services, diagnostics operations, or related operational leadership roles • Personally built and owned a program’s cost-of-goods tracking, including the model, forecast, and variance analysis • Directly owned vendor relationships end-to-end, including sourcing, contracting, onboarding, and pricing negotiation • Built and used vendor scorecards, SLAs, and performance metrics to enforce quality standards • Strong analytical, financial management, and operational reporting skills • Experience with ERP systems, workflow platforms, and reporting tools such as Tableau or Excel preferred • Demonstrated leadership experience managing operational teams and cross-functional initiatives • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional environment • Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or mobile phlebotomy is a plus • Ability to critically evaluate and responsibly leverage AI-enabled tools in accordance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements • Background screening including criminal history is required
