Description

• Lead the strategy, performance, security, and continuous improvement of Managed File Transfer, Control-M, Control-D, print fulfillment platforms, and associated AWS-hosted infrastructure • Establish, monitor, and report key performance metrics, SLAs, and system health indicators • Direct incident management, escalation, disaster recovery, and business continuity programs • Drive adoption of AI, AIOps, and automation solutions to improve monitoring, workflows, service reliability, technical documentation, knowledge management, support operations, and user experience • Advise internal stakeholders and external clients, aligning technology services with business objectives • Lead client onboarding and serve as senior escalation point for critical operational issues • Manage technology and business partner relationships, including vendor selection, contract renewals, licensing, and performance management • Establish and mature 24x7 support capabilities, root cause analysis, process improvements, and proactive stability measures • Lead, coach, and develop engineers, analysts, and technology professionals • Foster an inclusive, collaborative, high-performing culture and support career growth and organizational success

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience • 7+ years of experience in IT operations • At least 3+ years in a formal people management or leadership role • Direct experience managing Control-M or similar enterprise schedulers, Control-D, and MFT platforms • Proven experience managing infrastructure operations within AWS, including EC2, S3, IAM, and CloudWatch • Demonstrated experience with SFTP, AS2, and HTTPS data transmission protocols • Experience with high-volume print fulfillment workflows • Proven track record of managing high-severity production incidents • Applicants must reside in the United States in one of the 50 states or the District of Columbia • Proof of US citizenship required at time of hire • Work authorization must not now or in the future require visa sponsorship in the United States • Successful completion of a background check and applicable employment screenings
