Description

• Handle patient or client inquiries related to account balances, billing statements, and insurance verification • Schedule, reschedule, or confirm appointments in accordance with provider requirements • Provide clear and accurate information about services, processes, or next steps • Document all interactions in the designated healthcare management system with precision and confidentiality • Follow HIPAA and client-specific compliance protocols at all times • Escalate urgent or sensitive cases through approved channels

🎯 Exigences

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and empathetic approach • Familiarity with patient account systems, EHR (Electronic Health Records), or medical billing platforms • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail • Discretion in handling sensitive information and medical records • Stable work environment with secure internet connection • Prior experience in a healthcare support, medical billing, or scheduling role preferred • Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes preferred • Experience working with diverse patient populations preferred
