• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. • Assist customers with policy changes and updates. • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Communication and interpersonal skills. • Detail-oriented and able to multitask. • Property/Casualty license (required). • Prior insurance experience. • Bilingual Spanish highly preferred. • Must reside in Pacific Standard Time (California, Washington, Oregon or Nevada)
