Description

• As a Customer Service Manager for Baufinancing, you reliably and with excellent service support mortgage financing, home savings (Bausparen) and installment loans. • You manage central phone and email channels for inbound and outbound inquiries related to mortgage financing, home savings and installment loans. • You are the first point of contact for inquiries and carry out the associated administrative tasks carefully. • Your support helps our distribution partners use the EUROPACE platform effectively.

🎯 Exigences

• You have a completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with a focus on banking, mortgage financing or installment loans—but this is not mandatory. • Excellent German language skills (at least C1) spoken and written for clear and effective communication. • You are confident with MS Office and open to new systems and processes. • Experience in mortgage financing, installment loans or financial services is a plus but not required. • A §34i qualification is desirable or you are willing to obtain it during onboarding. • Personally, you impress with service orientation, empathy, concentration and an authentic, responsible demeanor.
