• Independently acquire new customers at companies with more than 500 employees • Take ownership of the entire sales process – from opportunity identification and proposal preparation to contract negotiation • Build and maintain a strong network within target industries and at the decision-maker level (C-level) • Leverage your existing contacts and lead sources to develop new business opportunities • Pipeline management: independently plan, maintain and prioritize the sales pipeline to achieve revenue and growth targets • Conduct needs analyses, present tailored UCaaS/CCaaS solutions and negotiate deals through to closing • Collaborate with presales, technical consulting and internal teams to translate complex customer requirements into technical solutions • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and relevant networks
• Several years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in UCaaS or the telecommunications sector • Proven success in developing new customer relationships • Independent, structured and goal-oriented work style, persistence and strong closing skills • Strong ability to identify customer needs and convert them into successful business deals • Confident interaction with C-level decision-makers and complex decision-making processes • Excellent German (min. C1) and English skills (min. B2) and willingness to travel throughout Germany
