Description

• Serve as the point of contact between third parties and railroad representatives • Manage client relationships for railroad and utility, permittee, and lessee representatives • Review or prepare railroad permit applications and verify required documentation • Communicate required design or work revisions to secure railroad permits or leases • Liaise on behalf of railroad clients and engineering contractors for utility relocation design and construction associated with railroad track construction projects • Determine railroad property valuation and license or lease value • Submit permit applications to railroads for third-party clients seeking access to railroad right of way • Handle permit application review and approval processes for railroad clients • Input and track application status in RailPros and client real estate management systems • Provide application status updates to RailPros team members and clients • Coordinate and update application revisions • Participate in process and procedure improvement discussions • Ensure client records are complete, accurate, and current • Draft and distribute license or lease agreements on behalf of railroad clients • Travel to RailPros headquarters, field offices, client offices, work sites, and other project-related locations as required • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture • Uphold organizational standards of integrity, accountability, and respect • Perform other duties as assigned or required by business needs

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Real Estate, similar fields of study, or equivalent work experience • Working knowledge of all railroad permitting processes and standards • Proven experience making decisions and seizing opportunities in the context of business objectives • Proven experience managing and overseeing the entire scope of assigned projects • Ability to apply logical thought processes and organize resources to solve issues and meet commitments • Ability to satisfy internal and external customer expectations and develop customer partnerships • Proficiency with electronic communications, including email and text • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Proficiency with Adobe • Ability to travel up to 10% • Ability to adhere to company policies, procedures, applicable laws, and regulations
