Description

• Lead the company’s brand and content strategy across internal and external channels • Plan and own the marketing calendar • Create copy and content for advertising collateral, email, website, social media, video, public relations, and press releases • Draft and develop strategic marketing plans supporting revenue and profitability goals • Partner with individual LLCs to deliver cohesive outreach supporting new-market acquisition and growth • Develop and implement an overarching S&K branding strategy aligned with corporate mission and values • Build brand awareness through digital and print materials • Enforce approved brand identity guidelines and educate stakeholders on their use • Create and update marketing materials and collateral with stakeholders • Plan, research, write, edit, and coordinate internal and external publications • Develop, produce, and deliver the quarterly Corporate newsletter • Develop, execute, and monitor a mission-aligned social media strategy • Develop narratives, stories, press releases, and other written content • Maintain and update Corporate websites and ensure content quality and integrity • Establish content-use and graphic-standard policies using a style guide • Plan, research, write, edit, art direct, print, and distribute communications materials • Identify and manage attendance at trade shows and conferences • Publish the Corporation’s strategic plan and annual reports for the Shareholder • Track website analytics and evaluate content reach and search-engine optimization • Evaluate social media campaign effectiveness and preferred networks • Manage publication distribution and evaluate quality and cost effectiveness • Manage approved marketing funding and support annual Marketing budget preparation

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required (Journalism, etc.) • Will accept 8 years of experience in exchange for a 4-year degree • Minimum 5 years’ direct experience in marketing and communications in a leadership role • Experience with AI tools such as MS Co-Pilot, ChatGPT, or similar • Demonstrated experience marketing to federal government customers with a focus toward services • Demonstrated ability to collaborate, facilitate, and lead across geographic, business-type, and management-style teams • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing social media processes and campaigns • Demonstrated experience building analytical reports and combining divergent data points into a compelling story • Superior strategic thinking, writing, and conceptual organization skills • Comprehensive understanding of marketing tactics, action, and exceptional attention to detail • Strong written and verbal leadership and communication skills • Ability to multitask, remain organized, work flexibly, and meet deadlines in an entrepreneurial environment
