Description

• Manage a team of SI&OP Analysts supporting multiple Slate business units • Manage SI&OP for one Slate business unit • Forecast demand, optimize inventory levels, and align procurement and production activities with customer requirements and business objectives • Standardize SI&OP processes across multiple business units and drive continuous improvement • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Brand, Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Finance, and other business units • Develop a rolling 12–24 month executable business plan • Gather insights, trends, and historical sales data for demand forecast development • Develop forecast models and document adjustments to assess data accuracy • Measure and evaluate forecast accuracy at multiple lag times • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate operational planning • Coordinate with procurement, production, and fulfillment teams to meet demand while minimizing excess and obsolete stock • Resolve imbalances between Demand, Inventory, and Operations plans • Develop, track, and report SI&OP KPIs, including forecast accuracy, inventory turns, service levels, and production/procurement performance • Support the monthly SI&OP cycle through meeting preparation, analysis, recommendations, and KPI reporting • Drive continuous improvement in forecasting, inventory management, and process efficiency

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Finance, Data Analytics or equivalent is preferred; hands-on experience and a proven track record of success may substitute • 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Management, preferably within SI&OP or Demand Planning • 2+ years of previous manager experience in a Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Management role is required • Strong analytical skills and understanding of data interpretation and forecasting models • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or data analysis tools such as SmartSheets, Tableau, Alteryx, or scripting tools • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail • Comfort working in startup environments • Experience or capability across warehousing practices, material management, business planning, and financial implications • Ability to work cross-functionally with external partners and internal teams • Ability to travel up to 10% • Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds • Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis • Visa sponsorship is unavailable
