• Join our distributed sales team across Germany and the United States, united by a passion for innovative technology and a shared mission to help our customers become industry leaders. • You will be responsible for driving the growth of a technically sophisticated product within a well-established market. • Start the week with a Team Kick-Off to review goals and align on priorities, while conducting outbound activities to reach potential leads. • Focus on qualifying leads by presenting Synera and delivering product demos that demonstrate its value. • Perform thorough use-case screenings and deep dives with prospective customers to qualify opportunities, and coordinate closely with your team lead, Markus. • Own the closing process, working to finalize deals and secure new business partnerships. • Use regular reflection and feedback to refine strategies and plan continuous improvements in your role. • In 6 months: achieve your first win(s) by successfully closing an opportunity. • In 12 months: continue expanding our customer base.
• Proven B2B SaaS sales expertise: strong track record selling technically complex software solutions in a B2B SaaS environment. • Established industry network: an active, well-developed network of relevant contacts in the target market to generate and accelerate business opportunities. • Engineering domain expertise: an engineering background or hands-on experience working with or selling engineering software (e.g., CAD, CAE, PLM, or similar), enabling effective engagement with technical stakeholders and a solid understanding of customer challenges. • Executive-level engagement: skilled at building relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders and ideally bringing an existing portfolio of relevant accounts in our industry. • Confident public presence: able to represent the company at conferences and industry events, delivering compelling presentations with professionalism and charisma. • Language skills: native German speaker and fluent in English, enabling effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders in an international environment.
