Grâce à ses fonctionnalités personnalisables, Tablet Command s'adapte aux SOP de différents départements, fournissant un outil fiable pour la sécurité publique et les unités de services incendie à travers le pays.

Description

• Drive new revenue by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities with fire departments and public safety agencies across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. • Own the full sales cycle, from discovery to proposal and negotiation through signed contracts. • Build relationships with senior fire service leaders (Fire Chiefs, Incident Commanders, City IT/Procurement) to align Tablet Command’s value with their operational needs. • Deliver compelling product demos and presentations that clearly communicate ROI and mission impact. • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product specialists to ensure a seamless customer experience. • Represent Tablet Command at key industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and strengthen relationships. • Report accurately on pipeline, forecast, and territory activity using CRM and sales management tools.

🎯 Exigences

• Proven success in enterprise SaaS or technology sales into the fire service, public sector, or emergency management. • OR senior-level fire service experience (e.g., Battalion Chief, Deputy Chief, Chief Officer) with demonstrated aptitude for sales, technology adoption, or business development. • Hunter mindset with a track record of exceeding annual quotas. • Excellent communicator who can engage both technical and executive audiences. • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. • High degree of professionalism, accountability, and follow-through. • Ability to work independently and manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals. • Technically curious and able to quickly understand and articulate product value. • Willingness to travel within the region as needed (approx. 20–30%). • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
