• You proactively build new business relationships with foresight, structure and closing confidence — Contact Center as a Service / Software as a Service. • You strategically grow existing accounts through cross- and upselling, upgrades and relationship management. • You connect people with opportunities across Europe. • You ensure that talented individuals find not just jobs, but meaningful career perspectives. • You help them make an impact, grow and earn a stable, purpose-driven livelihood. • You position smart solutions around enterprise contact centers, omnichannel communication, AI-powered agents and CRM systems — WFM (Workforce Management) will also be a secondary focus. • You support tender/RFP processes, prepare and price proposals, and negotiate contracts on equal terms — your playground! • You manage the entire sales cycle from opportunity to implementation. • You are the visible external point of contact and an internal driver.
• Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally focused on BPO & CX, SaaS or IT solutions. • You are both a hunter and a farmer: able to win new business, inspire, persuade and manage long-term relationships. • You have strong technical understanding, think in solutions and communicate in business terms. • You value clear communication, are confident in negotiations and professional in your demeanor. • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
