📋 Description
• Support Business Development in scoping and designing technical solutions for partners integrating Aave • Act as the technical point of contact throughout integration design and deployment • Develop and maintain reference architectures, SDK templates, and documentation to streamline adoption and reduce friction for builders • Work collaboratively with Engineering, Product, and R&D to communicate partner needs, share technical insights, and influence roadmap priorities • Build and test proofs of concept and integration demos that demonstrate best practices and help partners move faster • Troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges, ensuring smooth launches and sustained performance post-deployment • Keep internal stakeholders aligned on project timelines, dependencies, and progress across multiple concurrent integrations
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in technical solutions architecture, blockchain development, or partner engineering - ideally in Fintech or Crypto • Ability to understand and read Solidity and Rust (hands-on coding experience is a plus) • Proven ability to translate business objectives into clear, scalable technical designs • Strong communication and collaboration skills - able to bridge technical and non-technical teams • Comfortable managing multiple integrations at once and working autonomously to keep projects moving • Curiosity and enthusiasm for DeFi and how open financial infrastructure is evolving
