📋 Description

• Take ownership of our mission of transforming our customers' decisioning infrastructure. • Optimize and automate complex, critical business decisions using state-of-the-art technology. • Operate as a strategic technical leader, guiding customers to achieve their strategic goals. • Collaborate with Sales Team ensuring customers receive value from Taktile throughout their lifecycle. • Define and translate customers' strategic priorities into scalable, high-impact use cases. • Own end-to-end design and execution of high-stakes proof-of-value projects.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4-6 years of experience working within Enterprise/'high touch' Solution Engineering, as a technical Customer Success Manager/Engineer in a B2B SaaS company or as (Technical) Senior Consultant. • Intermediate-level Python skills and are comfortable writing, testing, and debugging code in customer-facing or production-adjacent environments. • Ability to build strong customer relationships with stakeholders across different levels of seniority. • Experience leading and managing complex customer projects with evolving scope. • Excellent written and spoken English. • Creative and proactive - always looking for ways to stand out with customers and prospects.
