📋 Description

• Support customers in their journey to refactor, replatform and rehost mission critical systems into AWS • Design, build and maintain AWS and hybrid-cloud systems • Administer systems based on Linux and Windows operating systems • Maintain and troubleshoot IP networking systems for AWS and hybrid-cloud systems • Automate system deployment, operation and maintenance using Infrastructure as Code and Configuration Management tooling • Utilise Infrastructure as Code and DevSecOps techniques to improve reliability, reduce costs and enable organisational agility • Work as part of the Infrastructure Team, collaborating with customers and other engineers • Continuously expand skills and maintain/enhance relevant certifications • Occasional travel to customer sites (approx. 10%)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Computer Science based subject, equivalent qualification or equivalent relevant experience • Amazon Web Services Certified to Practitioner or Associate level • Experience of designing, deploying and administering cloud based solutions • Experience of administration of Linux and Windows Operating Systems within large corporate environments • Experience of troubleshooting IPv4 Networking, including Subnetting & Routing • Experience of automating tasks using Ansible, Bash, PowerShell, Puppet or Python • UK citizenship required for this position • Must be able to obtain and maintain highest UK government clearance • Travel: Yes, 10% of the Time • No relocation assistance available
