📋 Description

• Proactively engage healthcare decision-makers through phone, email, and Microsoft Teams • Generate qualified meetings and opportunities for the field sales team • Build relationships with clinicians and NHS stakeholders • Partner closely with Territory Managers to improve targeting and lead quality • Maintain accurate customer and activity records in CRM • Consistently achieve activity, engagement, and opportunity generation targets

🎯 Requirements

• Proven success in outbound sales, business development, lead generation, or virtual selling • Track record of booking sales-ready meetings, with evidence of results and conversion metrics • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging customers by phone • Experience working to KPI and activity targets • Ability to work independently, show initiative, and manage a territory virtually • Resilience, persistence, and strong organisational skills • Ability to influence clinicians and NHS stakeholders remotely • Comfortable using CRM systems, AI tools, and digital technologies to drive productivity
