📋 Description

• Partner with sales teams as a subject-matter expert on email security architectures, technologies, and infrastructures • Build trusted relationships with customers' technical staff and leadership • Lead technical workshops, solution presentations, and roadmap discussions for SEG displacement initiatives • Architect tailored solutions and ensure seamless migrations to Abnormal AI • Evaluate customers' current SEG setups, identify gaps, and create transition plans • Act as technical lead for SEG replacement projects, troubleshoot challenges, and guide migrations • Educate customers on API-based email security and adoption best practices • Provide customer insights, technical challenges, and feature requests to R&D and Product teams • Collaborate with Product Management to prioritize roadmap features • Monitor industry trends, competitive products, and customer challenges • Develop and deliver training and technical content for sales engineers • Create reusable technical assets including blog posts, videos, and presentations • Represent Abnormal AI at conferences, webinars, and customer events

🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Exchange on-premises • Strong knowledge of Secure Email Gateways, including Proofpoint, Mimecast, and Barracuda • Expertise in SPF, DKIM, DMARC, encryption, spam scanning, sandboxing, and emulation • Proven ability to earn trusted-advisor status with large and strategic customers • Exceptional presentation and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences • Experience architecting solutions for enterprise customers during pre-sales engagements • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in high-pressure, customer-facing scenarios • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously • Microsoft Certified: Messaging Administrator, Google Workspace Administrator, CISSP, GIAC, or similar certification • Familiarity with email authentication, sandboxing, machine learning, and behavioral analysis • Experience in SEG replacement projects or equivalent migrations to API-based email security solutions • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements such as GDPR and HIPAA
