📋 Description

• Build and maintain strong working relationships across all levels of Whittington Hospital, from frontline teams through to senior leadership • Act as the on-site lead for Bank Partners, increasing visibility, engagement, and collaboration across the Trust • Work closely with our Service Delivery Centre to drive service improvements, ensuring operational priorities, workforce planning, and delivery remains aligned with the needs of the Trust • Oversee the operational delivery of the contract, ensuring a high-quality, responsive, and efficient service • Take ownership of contract performance, including delivery against targets, KPIs, and gross margin • Identify opportunities for growth, service improvement, and operational efficiencies • Present performance updates, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders on a regular basis • Lead, develop, and support a team of on-site Business Partners and Coordinators • Manage escalations effectively and build confidence through proactive problem-solving and communication

🎯 Requirements

• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage confidently across all staff levels • Experience managing operational service delivery in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Commercial awareness, with the ability to drive performance and identify growth opportunities • A proactive, visible, and solutions-focused approach • Experience managing stakeholders, handling escalations, and building trusted partnerships • The ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
