📋 Description

• Provide person-centred support in clients' own homes • Assist with personal care while promoting dignity and independence • Support medication management in line with care plans and policies • Encourage and facilitate community access, social activities, and inclusion • Build positive relationships that enhance wellbeing and confidence • Support individuals with daily living activities and independent life skills • Maintain accurate records • Communicate effectively with colleagues and families where appropriate • Work with children, young people or vulnerable adults while fulfilling safeguarding responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Experience supporting people who are neurodivergent and/or have learning disabilities • Genuine commitment to delivering bespoke, person-centred care • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and use initiative • Full UK driving licence • Access to your own vehicle • Entry-level minimum experience stated • Enhanced DBS required • Must not be barred from working in regulated activity with the relevant vulnerable group
