📋 Description
• Manage negotiations and develop business relationships with external Service Supplier companies on behalf of Agilent’s customers • Build effective and profitable agreements and develop a structured Strategic Services Supplier Management Program • Contribute to solution design for local and multi-partner projects • Manage relationships with Service Providers and Contractors in the local country • Ensure legal compliance and alignment with regional sourcing strategies • Evaluate supplier performance and lead selection and negotiation processes to improve service levels and margins • Build and maintain customer relationships with a customer-first mindset • Support the development and implementation of sourcing strategies and supplier programs • Handle supplier documentation, contracts, and data within the territory • Collaborate with Service Sales, Program Managers, and local scheduling teams to maintain accurate supplier information • Travel up to 10% as required
🎯 Requirements
• Familiarity with service provider business models • Laboratory experience is a plus • Strong business acumen and analytical skills • Fluent in English • Ability to work across countries and cultures • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders • Travel up to 10% as required
