📋 Description

• Drive adoption of Pactum’s procurement AI agents within enterprise customer organizations • Advise procurement leaders on sourcing strategy, category management, procurement operations, organizational dynamics, and end-to-end processes • Lead adoption and change management across customer procurement organizations • Track value-realization metrics and translate usage and outcomes into business-impact narratives • Identify new use cases and opportunities to expand Pactum’s impact • Run customer workshops and discovery sessions to identify pain points, resistance points, process gaps, and high-value opportunities • Build data-backed business cases connecting Pactum’s capabilities to customer priorities • Help executives understand their current state, future possibilities, and transformation path • Provide customer feedback to influence Pactum’s product evolution and go-to-market approach

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of procurement experience • Significant practitioner experience ideally as a Buyer, Strategic Sourcing Manager, Category Manager, Procurement Operations professional, or Procurement Leader • Firsthand understanding of procurement processes, competing priorities, stakeholder dynamics, and organizational resistance • Deep understanding of sourcing strategies, category management, supplier relationship management, and procurement operations • Demonstrated ability to drive adoption and influence change across large, complex organizations • Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and build data-driven recommendations • Track record of running workshops and discovery sessions that surface genuine customer pain points • Executive presence and ability to work with procurement executives and daily users • Strong organizational discipline to manage multiple accounts and priorities • SaaS experience in a high-growth environment • Procurement consulting experience is a bonus • Familiarity with procurement technology platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, or Jaggaer • Genuine curiosity about how autonomous AI agents can change procurement • Ability to work remotely in the UK
