📋 Description

• Lead transfer pricing documentation, compliance, and audit management • Develop and implement transfer pricing policies aligned with GBT's global tax strategy • Own GBT's transfer pricing documentation and ensure regulatory compliance • Support tax audits in collaboration with external advisers • Drive continuous process improvement • Interact with stakeholders across finance, legal, and corporate functions • Understand GBT's business and drive optimization initiatives • Shape transfer pricing strategy during company growth and acquisitions • Make a meaningful impact within the corporate tax function

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or other relevant professional qualification • Ideally five or more years of tax / transfer pricing experience • Experience setting and implementing transfer pricing policies • Experience preparing and leading transfer pricing documentation, including Master Files and Local Files • Experience analysing and implementing international transfer pricing regulations • Understanding of accounting concepts and tax law • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to extract, analyse, and review data and make appropriate recommendations • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment • Self-starter able to work with minimal guidance • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team player • Strong analytical skills and willingness to challenge assumptions • Ambition and drive to complete tasks • Good organisational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines • Ability to think outside the box • Keen to grow professionally within Group Tax
