• Strong track record in new business development, ideally within social alarms, telecoms, or digital service environments • Skilled in the sales process, account management, and working closely with external customers • Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) at intermediate/advanced level • Competent with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics or similar) • Educated to GCSE/O-Level/NVQ Level 2–3 or equivalent • Desirable: formal sales methodology training (e.g., LDL, SPIN, Holden, TAS) • Desirable: knowledge of monitoring centres, dispersed alarm solutions, or digital telecare technologies
