📋 Description

• Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy • Strengthen the brand, accelerate customer acquisition and engagement, and drive business growth across digital and offline channels • Champion innovation and optimise customer journeys • Use insight-led marketing to deliver exceptional results • Lead a talented multi-disciplinary team • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business • Oversee brand, content, PR, digital marketing, CRM, paid media, customer communications and website performance • Shape strategy, lead transformation and build a best-in-class marketing function

🎯 Requirements

• Proven senior leadership experience in marketing and digital transformation • Strong track record of delivering measurable growth through multi-channel marketing • Expertise in digital marketing, customer acquisition, CRM, analytics and performance optimisation • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams • Strategic thinking with strong commercial awareness and a hands-on approach • Confident communication and ability to influence at all levels of an organisation • Successful applicants must undergo relevant employment checks, including verification of recent employment, address, credit history and a standard criminal record check • Commitment to upholding company values and contributing to an inclusive, respectful workplace
