📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for growth and monetization initiatives from strategy through execution using AI agents and automated workflows • Develop scalable acquisition, activation, retention, and upsell campaigns driven by AI • Set measurable campaign goals and monitor ROI, KPIs, and performance in real time • Optimize campaigns, pricing strategies, and user journeys through AI-driven analytics and automated experimentation • Ensure consistent execution across marketing channels, with AI handling messaging, creative, and delivery at scale • Analyze user behavior, market trends, and competitor strategies using AI • Lead process improvements to make growth operations efficient, repeatable, and automated • Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams to implement high-impact features • Decide where AI operates autonomously and where human oversight is required • Document strategies, systems, and outcomes clearly

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in growth, monetization, or as a CMO/marketing lead, using AI to deliver results • At least 4 years in a comparable business environment • App experience and performance marketing are a plus • Hands-on experience with LLMs, marketing automation, agentic workflows, and prompt design • Strong analytical skills in pricing, conversion optimization, and ROI-focused campaign management • Experience planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns • Ability to thrive on measurable results and clear KPIs • Preference for autonomous work and ownership of outcomes • Ability to build AI systems that implement growth strategies • Ability to prioritize actions that maximize impact • Ability to create order out of complexity and define processes • Effective communication in English • German or Russian is a plus
