📋 Description

• Work with Sales during the sales cycle to qualify, position, and demonstrate how HID Mobile Access implementations help customers exceed business requirements. • Serve as subject matter expert in customer workshops, addressing technical objections and guiding solution design. • Translate technical concepts into clear value for non-technical stakeholders. • Lead in-depth technical discussions with clients, partners, and internal teams. • Provide field feedback to Product Management and Engineering for roadmap development. • Represent HID Global at trade shows, partner summits, and customer-facing events. • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations. • Train partners and end users on HID Mobile Access technologies; provide guidance on PACS solutions and protocols (OSDP, RS-485, Wiegand, AES, ISO, etc.) as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree or 2 years of Technical Support or Engineering experience highly preferred. • Minimum 3 years in IT, Security, or Presales roles. • Prior exposure to PACS technologies such as RFID and associated hardware. • Strong experience in IT Security, Networking, Mobile Applications, and SaaS/Cloud platforms. • Training experience.
