📋 Description

• Guide organizations through onboarding, implementation, and expansion • Provide white-glove support, best practices, and proven customer strategies • Serve as a trusted technical partner and customer-first advocate • Understand complex technical environments involving Kubernetes, Prometheus, logs, metrics, and traces • Deliver high-impact training, jumpstart engagements, and tailored technical consulting • Provide roadmap assurance and guide project execution • Align Grafana capabilities with customer architecture, goals, and constraints • Identify recurring issues and monitor support needs • Advocate for product improvements with internal teams • Lead functional workshops and document customer requirements • Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Support, and Professional Services • Accelerate solution delivery while adhering to standards and best practices • Stay current on Grafana Labs, observability, and related technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Located in the UK • 5+ years of experience working on deployment teams, using project management techniques • Direct experience with observability (o11y) • Best practices for using and deploying an observability stack, including visualization, alerting, metrics, logs, and traces • Experience with Grafana, Prometheus/Cortex/Enterprise Metrics, Loki/Enterprise Logs, Jaeger/Tempo preferred • Proven track record of successful delivery of customer projects, preferably enterprise observability implementations for large customers • Excellent communication skills with customers, partners, and internal members • Kubernetes experience, including kubectl, Helm, and preferably Tanka • Experience with AWS, GCP, and Azure • Ability to work with executives, project managers, and IT development staff • Ability to understand business needs and translate them into business and technical requirements • Ability to design solutions involving data visualization, workflow recommendations, migrations, and enterprise-scale architecture • Ability to lead functional workshops, document requirements, and design appropriate solutions
