📋 Description

• Actively build sales pipeline of potential customers primarily with Hospitality, Linen Supplier, and Industrial Laundry verticals. • Developing new opportunities in current accounts. • Collaborate with HID leadership, regional sales, product management, and marketing to suggest and implement opportunities for growth. • Accurately forecast sales pipeline and close business against defined quota (personal overall including regional teams). • Represent the company at trade shows and events and to partners including the preparation and execution of speaking sessions as needed. • Provide competitive analytics for current and future requirements to the regional sales managers and other interested parties. • Review continually the sales results at all levels of the reseller channels you are responsible for, put in place action programs to make good any shortfall against forecasts, for these accounts. • Provide training and business case support to regional sales teams and HID business development. • Manage leads, opportunities, and forecasts within Salesforce on a regular basis. • Perform any other duties as deemed necessary by the sales management.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Laundry/Hospitality/Linen business segment required for this role. • RFID Sales experience in selling both RFID component and RFID platform products would be a plus. • Complex sales methodology training is preferred. • Experience in selling into Distributors, VARs, Integrators and direct OEMs. • Sales or technical sales degree, or equivalent education plus relevant industry experience. • Experience with CRM, Sales and Marketing Automation tools including Salesforce.com, Marketo, and LinkedIn Navigator. • Ability to effectively communicate in the English language verbally and in writing. Additional languages are an advantage.
