• Planning, managing and executing marketing and sales activities — from campaigns and POS initiatives to B2B communications and sales enablement — including coordination with internal teams and partners and performance monitoring • Marketing activities & Key Accounts: activation plans, campaign calendar, KPIs, coordination with customer marketing, and tracking/monitoring of implementation and performance. • POS / VM / Branded Spaces: concept development, rollout planning (store lists, quantity logic, scheduling) and coordination of production and shipping with MarOps/logistics. • Incentives & promotional gifts: idea generation, briefing for implementation, coordination of quantities and distribution. • B2B newsletters & communications: topic planning, content structure and scheduling — handover to MarOps for creation and dispatch, including tracking. • Sales enablement: go-to-market initiatives and presentation of activations during collection handovers.
• Several years of experience in B2B/trade/retail marketing (ideally wholesale/retail/consumer) • Strong in campaign management, POS/VM activations, stakeholder management • Excellent project management (multiple streams, timelines, clear briefings) • Strong numerical affinity and analytical skills: budget/KPI tracking, very good Excel/reporting skills • Tools: Jira (or similar) and CRM/marketing automation advantageous • Confident communicator and presenter (sales enablement)
