• Responsible for acquiring new customers across all segments and for achieving defined sales and revenue targets for customers with an annual turnover under €200,000 • Systematically build and maintain a professional network to develop sustainable, long-term customer relationships • Continuous market monitoring, identification of trends and competitors, and structured communication of relevant information to Marketing, Technical and Management teams • Plan, prepare and execute sales plans, customer events and sales and marketing campaigns • Present Axalta’s product and service portfolio to decision-makers within organizations and to potential new customers • Close cooperation and alignment with internal and external stakeholders to meet customer needs quickly and effectively • Structured documentation of all customer activities and contacts in Salesforce.com • Increase personal productivity through professional use of modern sales tools and systems such as Salesforce.com, Pitcher, SharePoint and MS Office
• Certified master technician in vehicle painting (Meister) or a completed apprenticeship as a technically oriented commercial employee or a sales-oriented technician • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in automotive refinish coatings • Proven sales experience and professional customer-facing skills • Track record of new customer acquisition and building customer relationships • Good knowledge of Axalta product lines as well as workshop processes and procedures • Quick to learn, strong sensitivity to customer needs and high problem-solving capability • High level of self-discipline, personal responsibility and structured working style • Confident, professional presence at all hierarchical levels • Team player with very good verbal and written communication skills • Proficient with common IT applications, especially MS Office • Fluent German; written and spoken English is an advantage • High willingness to travel (approx. 80%)
