• Partner directly with managers and leaders, advising on and proactively anticipating people needs • Roll out organisational structures and provide counsel on performance management and complex people issues • Provide compensation and recognition recommendations and act as a key thought partner on people matters • Own the team member experience from hire to retire, including job-role scoping, career development, coaching, feedback and development processes, and promotions • Partner on improvements following engagement surveys • Analyse exit and attrition trends to create proactive solutions • Own people compliance within the business area • Resolve employee-relations issues and advise on performance management, development, and career goals • Empower and upskill managers and determine when to escalate HR issues • Help develop and implement diversity and inclusion practices • Collaborate cross-functionally and oversee insight-based, output-oriented HR program and service projects
• Must be based within Northern Ireland • 5+ years of experience working in an HR Business Partner role • Experience across some of: employee relations, recruitment, performance management, employment law, compensation practices, or organisational design • Working knowledge of UK employment legislation • Experience working with global teams • Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to build credibility with all levels within an organisation • Ability to use and interpret data and apply a data-driven approach to decision making • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, including multitasking and quickly turning around and delivering outcomes • Meticulous organisational and planning skills • Experience working with teams in APAC is desirable • Experience using HR / Talent Management Systems such as Workday or Culture Amp is desirable
